Q: Can it be operated without engineers?

Yes. Except for the initial tag setup, everything is designed so non-engineers can handle all tasks.

Q: How long until we see results?

Some customers see significant CVR improvement within 2 weeks to 1 month after launch.

Q: Can we use NAVINOME alongside our existing GA4 and heatmap tools?

Yes. NAVINOME reads your GA4 data as-is for analysis, so you do not need to change your current measurement setup. There is no need to add lots of new tags—you can adopt it while keeping your existing analytics foundation.

Q: Do we have to implement AI improvement suggestions as-is?

No. Suggestions are starting points. Priority and rationale are shown alongside each one, so your team can review and decide what to adopt. You can also pick only the ideas you want to test.

Q: Is visitors' personal information collected?

NAVINOME primarily collects behavioral data (clicks, scrolls, and similar actions) and does not require information that identifies individuals. Details on data handling are in our Privacy Policy.

Q: Will A/B tests negatively affect SEO?

When implemented correctly, there is no problem. NAVINOME tests use standard A/B testing that serves different page content to visitors—not cloaking or other tactics that mislead search engines—so you can operate in line with Google's guidelines.

Q: Can I manage multiple sites together?

Each company gets one tenant, under which you can create multiple projects (sites). Data is kept separate for each project.

Q: How much engineering support is required during implementation?

Only the initial script installation. After that, everything from adding pages to running A/B tests is completed entirely in the UI.

Q: Is integration with GA4 difficult?

Just sign in with a Google account and grant access to complete integration. Once connected, you can view GA4 data directly within NAVINOME.
